Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items.

Eligible Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Any visible installation damage or modifications void return eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items
Fixtures that have been installed, special-order finishes, clearance sale products, and accessories (such as cartridges or special fittings) are not eligible for return.

Initiating a Return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. Upon approval, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is found to be defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining receipt.

Inspection & Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are not refundable unless due to product defect or mis-shipment.

Exchanges
Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to confirm availability before sending any item back.

Damaged or Defective Items
Notify us of any defects immediately after receipt—include photos. We will facilitate a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Missing Refunds
If a refund hasn’t appeared after two weeks, please check with your payment provider, then contact [email protected] for support.

Gifted Purchases
Gift items returned in original sale condition qualify for in-store credit.
